Teaching Staff – Each of our 12 instructors are collegiate or professionally trained; offering a superior level of professionalism and experience

Facility – We currently reside within six dance studios with professionally raised and cushioned floors, marley flooring in four of the six studios, full length mirrors, portable barres and surround sound music systems.

Customer Service – A large customer service team who is friendly, knowledgeable and committed to superior organization and service, available 12 hours per day, six days per week.

Educated Artistic Directors – Ashley Gorden and Kelsey Ostrander are both collegiate and professionally trained dancers with decades of experience and accolades that include nationally represented choreography, college scholarship recipients, development of industry professionals and a national dancer of the year title holder with the New York City Dance Alliance.

Syllabus – All faculty members follow a progressive, comprehensive, studio syllabus that is crafted to build our dancers technique and performance skills level upon level and year upon year

Proper Placement – At the end of the year, each enrolled student (beginner and above) is personally evaluated by the studio director guaranteeing proper placement for the following year

Annual Recital – Recital is held at the state of the art Paul Shaghoian Theatre providing a professional performing experience for every student

Programs – We offer programs for dancers of every age and level; providing opportunities for dancers to start, stay and grow:

• Little Dancers – Our foundational program which allows dancers age 24 months – 6 years old to select the genres they take each week and develop a strong foundation and technique based skill set, preparing them for entrance into the conservatory program
• In The Spotlight Dance Conservatory – Our pre-professional dance program offering intermediate and advanced level technique, providing all skills necessary to enter high school, collegiate or professional dance programs
• Ballet Conservatory – Advanced level pointe ballet program with competitive opportunities through Youth America Grand Prix
• Baby Company – Our competitive dance program for 4 to 6 year olds
• Jumpstart Company – Our competitive dance program for 7 to 8 year olds
• Mini/Junior Company – Our competitive dance program for 9 to 12 year olds
• Company – Our competitive dance program for 13 to 18 year olds
